I’ve wanted to try this place for a long time. Today I got the green chili gyro sandwich and it was delicious! I want to try everything on the menu! Too bad I don’t live in Pueblo. But I will go there for lunch when I can. The young lady who took my order was personable and helpful. Very impressed!!

I’ve wanted to try this place as soon as I noticed it on my “food near me” search. It took a few days for logistics to align and here I am for lunch. Green chili gyro was fantastic. The effervescent counter person made the visit pleasant before I even smoked the food. You need to RUN to Shah’s and try everything in the menu. ❤️

Absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is fun all of which was in the details. The food was spot on especially the falafels. The service was quick and efficient, but ultimately it was the food that will bring us back time and time again.

Trust me, you need to check this place out. We were genuinely blown away by how packed with flavor everything was. I went with the rice platter topped with gyro meat, and wow… it was delicious. The meat was insanely tender and full of rich, savory spices, all piled on top of perfectly seasoned yellow rice that seriously stole the show. My husband got the MacDaddy gyro and couldn’t stop talking about it. It’s basically a gyro-meets-burger mashup in the best possible way and was full of bold flavor. You can skip the fries, they didn’t do much for us. But the tots and other sides looked tempting, and honestly, I’d be happy with just a giant bowl of that rice. Overall: 10/10, absolutely recommend. Your taste buds will thank you.

I have been wanting to try Shahs, since it was a food truck and AFTER two brick and mortars, I was able to finally enjoy the delicious classic gyro, a side of rice, spanikopita, and baklava. Nothing disappointed. I had more than enough with the gyro, but had to get the others, because why not? Leftovers were just as good and that tatiziki sauce, I could drink it. I needed more on my gyro, we ordered extra of that.
