The rice and kabob were really good and perfectly seasoned. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Definitely one of the best middle eastern cuisine in Colorado.

My husband and I have been going to Shah kabob consistently for almost a year and a half. The food is soooo good! We always get a combo plate and a gyro plate and it feeds us for two days. I decided to order some catering to feed friends and family at my birthday lunch. The guys here were top notch in making my order perfect. Thanks again!

Great food and staff was very nice and explained some of the options! Very comfortable atmosphere inside and plenty of seating. If you’re needing a snack or a full meal there is something here for you. The K8 gives a sample of the meats if you’re unsure of which one you’d want to order.

Ordered food here as I was passing through Springs and was absolutely blown away by this place! Got the 3 kebab plate so that we could try everything and it was definitely enough to split and everything tasted good My favorite was the chicken or lamb kebab. Chick peas were tasty. Would definitely order from them again next time I’m in the area!

I ordered shami kabob K3 plate, it’s basically rice, kebab, bread also chickpeas soup and salad. It takes time to get your food but it’s really worth. The kebob itself is really tasty, the soup is pretty nice also the salad and the green sauce is great. Definitely will come back again
