This was a culinary adventure. We had never tried Nepalese before and it was new but also very familiar. The food flavor marries Indian and Chinese but with a distinct independent characteristic to the food. The bread that they bring to the table is divine. They have a parking lot behind the restaurant.

This is truly the best place to experience authentic Nepali cuisine. I loved everything about this spot—the atmosphere, the food, and especially the hospitality. Our server was friendly and attentive, and we were pleasantly surprised when the chef himself came out to share insights about the dishes. It's hard to pick a favorite, but the buff sukuti definitely stole my heart!

The food was exceptional, the ambiance first-rate, and the service outstanding. We absolutely loved the C momo, everything was very good. During our two-day trip to Washington, D.C., we dined there twice. Its proximity to DCA Airport is also very convenient.

“The taste of Nepal in a foreign land. “ Being nepali we wanted to taste the nepali spices in a foreign land. While roaming around DC, we found this restaurant as recommendation. We ordered appetizers while enjoying our drink followed by main course for dinner. On my personal opinion, i found the appetizer much better than the main course. Momo was just juicy and it would melt in your mouth. However, Chatpate and aloo sadheko lacked a little bit of seasoning in it as we would expect in Nepal. Bara was good but it would have been great if the sauce was on the side as not everyone would like the ketchup with bara. OMG!! Talking about their “Sel and mula ko achar” as complementary that was really the top of the notch, we finished it within seconds of its arrival. If i were to live there i would order that mula ko achar for my home. The waiter of our table was too sweet and we really loved his service. The ambiance is nice. Overall, 4/5.
