Wow wow wow! Such a great spot tucked away off Main Street. Every time we come here the food is so unique and flavorful. There are so many fun options on the menu we keep coming back and keep being surprised with how good the new dishes are. They also don’t skimp on the drinks which are equally good. Bonus if you love passion fruit! Please try them out for some excellent quality and flavor!

Beautiful, bright and colorful restaurant. Food was flavorful, hot and fresh and came out quickly. The Pisco Sour was delicious and reminded me of beautiful memories in Peru and Chile. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover they served Cusqueña beer. We enjoyed the Chicha Morada and Maracuyá juices. The causa de pollo (chilled potato cake with spicy chicken filling), tallerin verde (pesto noodles), arroz chaufa de pollo (fried rice) and ceviche were especially delicious - I recommend trying a "Tour" or two to sample several items and discover your favorite. We tried several desserts as well and they were lovely. Our server Juan Carlos was very sweet and sang along with us to wish a happy birthday to my 16 y.o. nephew. Thank you Rosario's, WE WILL BE BACK!

The food is superbly delicious but their service is beyond amazing. We were celebrating my sister’s birthday weekend and choose this since she loves Peruvian cuisine. We arrived a bit late and closer to closing but they insisted on us continuing with our celebrations. Even volunteered to take pictures and make my sister feel extra special. It’s such customer service that makes a dining out experience memorable. The yuca fries were my fav, simple yet flavorful. Definitely a home cooked meal experience for any one looking for authentic Peruvian food.

Now I don't give out many 5 stars but this place 💯 deserves it. Food in Colorado for me at least is way more hit or miss and this place delivers the hits! From service to food everything was excellent. The prices are very reasonable too. I'll 💯 be making this place part of my regular rotation even with the fact I live in Boulder. Don't miss out and get yourself a plate.
