Amazing! Talk about an exploration of traditional Mexican baked goods from Rosales’ bakery! Grab a clean tray and carefully select the delights from over 30 different baked delights including cakes I didn't know existed! I don't know the names of my selections, but they were light, crispy and melted in my mouth! Not too sweet and the textures were mouth-watering! Be prepared to walk away knowing you will come back to try more because the prices are crazy affordable and they taste like home- not a factory floor. Bring a dozen cookies from Rosales’s bakery next time you have a party or get together and skip the Chips Ahoy because life is about the real food and the real experiences of local culture and flavors!

About as old school as it gets for Denver bakeries. Love to chop it up with La Jefa in front to get the low down on the history and good eats. The sheer variety of items is awesome. Conchas, churros, cookies, turnovers, TRES LECHES! they have it all and at great prices. Definitely come out and support this local legend 👍
