I moved to Longmont in October and was excited to try the Mexican restaurants in the area. Up until I tried Rosa’s Cantina I was a bit disappointed. Rosa’s is amazing authentic Mexican cuisine. The food was mind blowing and the service and vibe were on point. I look forward to enjoying many more dining experiences here.

Absolutely love this spot - super fun decor and vibe, friendly staff and, most importantly, amazing food! The fresh guac and street tacos (especially the fried shrimp, cauliflower al pastor and the fried avocado) are our favorites. Highly recommend the guava aqua fresca too! Definitely worth a stop if you're in or around Longmont 🙌

First time here. Yum! Very accommodating to my service dog which is always appreciated. I tried the cucumber mint jalapeño margarita. So good. We filled up on tacos- fries avocado; mahi and steak. Will do this again on repeat. Thanks for a great meal.

We love this place. Overall, 5 stars. It seems the meat portions got smaller. What is disappointing, but still great flavors. Great Ceviche and interesting Margarita's. They were a little on the sweet side today but are usually really good, too. Fun atmosphere, always busy.

The quality and choices of the food here guarantees we will return. Very fresh and creative menu. I was totally happy with my meal and the margarita was good as well. Now if they’d add the pork green chili their other restaurant offers, I’d be a regular.
