We honor the standards of dedication and hard work set by our family who settled in the Unted States of America in the early 1900s. We salute those fearless young Italians who boarded a boat and came to a new land, seeking La Dolce Vita. Nearly 100 years later, we are their legacy. We are proud to serve Littleton families with the same dedication that our grandfather Giovanni had to his push cart on the streets of New York City. We value the hard work of each of our employees who craft your meal and deliver it to your table. We insist on attention to detail and the highest quality ingredients-- values Neil learned from his mother in her Manhattan kitchen. Just as our family bonds run deep, so do our roots here in Littleton. Neil and Ellie opened Romanos on Windermere Street in 1967. Generations of Littleton families have shared a meal and conversation right in this very place. Raise your glass with us and toast to the Sweet Life we have found here.

Been coming here for years and it never disappoints! They have a great lunch special that comes with your selection of entree, salad or soup, and a basket of bread. I always get the chicken parmigiana because the flavor is exceptional. They cook it to perfection and the home style noodles are my favorite. It’s family owned and operated for over 70 years I believe. The atmosphere is vintage and cozy. Service is always on point never had a bad experience in all the times I’ve been.

Overall it was pretty good. Food was good. Not sure worth $25 a plate but it was good. Service was normal. Menu says complimentary bread but didn't get any. Other tables got it so not sure why we didn't. It is hard to find good Italian food so I'll definitely give them that. Restaurant had an old school feel which was nice. I'd say a good place to go every once and a while.

Fantastic food, great ambiance, great service. Definitely on our list of return spots. Got the eggplant parm with meatball and ricotta stuffed shells with spinach cream sauce and sausage(on the side in red sauce).

First visit to Romano’s Pizzeria, which was a very nice experience. This is a family restaurant located just outside of downtown Littleton, Colorado. Easy access with off-street parking made this very convenient. The restaurant was busy when we arrived at 6:30 for dinner but had no problems getting a table on a Saturday night. A nice perk was they did seat us at a table even though our party of 4 was not complete, so we didn’t have to wait later. Table service started quickly with drink orders, and upon being advised the entrees were a fairly large portion, opted not to order any starters. Another nice perk for a smaller family restaurant, with entrée, a dinner salad or soup was included. The salads were a nice portion, and all four salads were fresh and dressed, a good start to the meal. Served piping hot were our entrees of Eggplant Parm, Chicken Parm, Lasagna and Green Chili Ravioli. The only comment on the dishes was that the lasagna lacked the “gooey” cheese that some may like, but otherwise everything was great. We ended the meal with Chocolate cake and Cheesecake, which both were excellent. Overall Romano’s was a great experience, with nicely timed service and we never felt rushed, which made a great night out with friends. The food is warm and comforting like a family restaurant should be, and we would return another time. Tips for your visit: For a quieter dining experience, ask to be seated in the dining room through the kitchen (if it’s open).
