The waitstaff are great at their job. They check on you frequently but also give you room to sit and eat. They also have great recommendations. All is good but I wish they had a bigger dining room.

A bit of a hole-in-the-wall in that it’s easy to miss, we came here for breakfast burritos and weren’t disappointed. The gravy was a highlight, so maybe biscuits and gravy would have been a better order, but we were satisfied with our choices. Service was slow (one person serving everyone there in a busy packed holiday brunch), but excellent and everything was done well.

The corned beef hash was amazing. I’m a corned beef hash snob, so I could not leave Colorado Springs without trying what I’d heard was some of the best in the area. It was excellent. The hash itself was crispy on the outside but tender and tasty overall. (I’d ask to get it without gravy next time.) Glad I visited. Rock City is an excellent breakfast spot. Service was excellent as well. Ricky was awesome.

Unbelievably good! Seriously one of the best unique breakfast dishes I've ever had. I got the Rock City Peppers with bacon and it was so good. The bacon was crisp, the green chile had the perfect amount of heat and the fire roasted green pepper was a perfect compliment to it all. Portions were huge and the price was fantastic for all you get. Huge shout out to the kitchen as they were short staffed but still moved everything along timely. They were busy when we were there too! We will definitely be back and put Rock City Cafe into a regular rotation.
