I went there with a group of my mother’s friends it was so much fun! We were there this past Monday and it was a calm night, as calm as can be when you bring all of us into equation. We were a group of about 30 people and we made reservations ahead of time which is highly highly recommended given the small size of the place. The environment was so nice and cozy, I told my mother it felt like those loft style restaurants or rooftop restaurants that they have in NYC and San Francisco. Lots of warm lighting and of different style fixtures so it did not feel bland to look at. All the servers were well dressed and hair brushed back with friendly faces and willing to help with whatever was needed, and were so so kind and patient about it all; given how many of us there were and how loud and chaotic we were it was so nice to see how kind they were with us. I know how stressful it can be dealing with big groups so I am so thankful that they were very courteous towards us. The food was so delicious as well! I will say presentation was okay at some points it could have been better, but knowing how many of us there were they did a fantastic job, also each dish was very beautiful and colourful still even if not fully arranged all the vegetables and garnishes really completed the dish and was so nice to be able to wipe each plate clean. The food was flavourful: good taste, good textures and mouthfeel, it was not overly heavy, each dish was aromatic to the nose and appealing for the eyes. I absolutely would eat here again if there were a special occasion around there corner.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. We had always eaten downstairs and finally decided to make some reservations to try this part of the restaurant, and we were not disappointed! We had the halibut and salmon, which were delicious! We highly recommend the Baked Alaskan to finish off the meal!

We wish we’d found this place sooner! The host was so friendly, our server was knowledgeable and attentive, our food was awesome. Even the little details were a wonderful surprise like getting a rock candy stir stick with our after-dinner latte. The burrata plate has a ton of thick, flavorful bacon; it’s practically a meal. Classy, smaller environment for a date.

On reccommendation from a friend, I decided to take my wife to Sopra’s for her birthday. From the moment we stepped onto the wooden staircase leading up the dark hallway I knew, at that moment, that this place was going to more than just a place to eat, but an experience. We were treated like we were the two that mattered. Our server, Chris is a natural and a very accomplished server and a proffesionally trained chef in his own rite. Informed us, in detail, on each dish he would be serving us. The food, the textures of the food and seasoned to perfection. Highly reccommend and will be back soon. This place rocks located right on the Colorado Springs downtown super convenient to everything happening in the downtown area. The place is somewhat small but packs a flavorful and enjoyable punch. The server were very helpful in the selection of wines, entrees, desserts and they know the menu upside down. Great selection of food, wines and desserts. Nice, quaint, and inviting you feel like someone's home the service, the atmosphere there, the conversations the laughter such a great time. We had a group of for and reservations are highly recommend this place is popular because they are extremely good at what they do and the dishes they offer are phenomenal so make your reservations or do the waiting thing. I promise you will have a great time and leave with a smile. Overall a great experience and will be back when in town.
