This place is awesome! Everything we ordered was phenomenal and the patty melt was one of the best things I’ve had in a while. Great atmosphere and great jams playing during our visit. The staff were all amazing and the family and I will definitely be back!

We were passing through and looking for some decent food past 8pm, found this place and it’s a true hidden gem! Service was so welcoming and friendly. My partner got the mushroom & Swiss pot roast dip, and I got the kimchi Reuben. Both were outstanding, and I have to say the kimchi Reuben is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. I’m already plotting another trip to the area so I can stop by again!

Red Diamond Gastro Pub is a hidden gem! Everything we tried was absolutely incredible—from the mushroom Swiss pot roast French dip to the kimchi Reuben, coconut shrimp, chicharrones, and the buttermilk pies. Every bite was packed with flavor and creativity. The chef’s take on classic dishes is truly unmatched—bold, thoughtful, and delicious. The drinks were top-notch, and the service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. This place has quickly become a new favorite. Highly recommend!

If you love seafood this is the best sandwich around I am from the the north gate area in Colorado Springs and came here with my daughter for Mother’s Day, and there is no doubt I would make the drive again just for this sandwich. Other than that our serve was amazing with lots of great energy. 10/10 would come back again

I want to start out by saying that service was impeccable. I went here with my mother on Mother’s Day expecting some alright bar food, but was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service and the quality of the food. Even though the inside of the restaurant is a bit small. The food is well worth it. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and didn’t expect more than a dry kind of tasteless sandwich, but instead got one of the most juicy and flavorful roast beef sandwiches I’ve ever had, with a strong taste of rosemary this was definitely an amazing meal. As for the service our server was passionate and charismatic, making my mother smile and laugh and catering to our needs very efficiently, he even gave my mother a rose on Mother’s Day which was a wonderful and unexpected treat. I would come back for the service alone. Even if you are not near woodland park I’d say it’s worth the drive for the food and experience. Me and my mother will be coming back!
