I can't believe I haven't been here before today! It's a cute place with plenty of seating inside and a large outdoor seating area, as well. You order your food at the counter and then it is brought to your table. I forgot to take a picture of the food, but it was very tasty! The servers were all friendly and seemed to enjoy themselves. I will go back!

Really nice staff, got the veggie breakfast plate which was delicious! Cute little place, would definitely go back! We got lucky with parking but the lot is a tad small.

The Rainbow Restaurant has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of room to dine in. Weather permitting, the outdoor dining area is comfortable and dog friendly. Blankets are available for days when there is a slight chill in the air. The food is always amazing! Every time I visit my daughter in Ft. Collins, it is a must visit!

We had brunch on a Sunday and enjoyed eating outside on their patio. Food was ordered at a single counter after waiting in line for 15 minutes. Our food and drinks were delivered to our table within 10 minutes. While enjoying our brunch there was a continuous stream of attentive waitstaff refilling our coffees and clearing away our dishes. The outside dining area was clean, quiet and uncrowded. Apart from the long wait to order, our experience was positive. .

Fantastic atmosphere - ample seating inside and out. I loved having brunch outside. The menu seemed promising, especially for gluten-intolerances, but the actual quality and flavor of the food was lacking. However, it was an overall pleasant experience.
