Unfortunately, we were those jerks that came in right as they were closing! Even still, we received excellent service. From the deli section, we picked butternut squash lasagna, Mac-n-cheese, chicken fingers & broccoli salad— with quiche and chicken salad for tomorrow. Everything was delicious! My partner raved about how absolutely fabulous the chicken was. He said it was moist and well-seasoned with a flaky crust. We’ll certainly be back soon.

Have not had the chance to check out this gem in North Raleigh in a while. Personally, I love the concept of counter service for lunch and a fine dining experience at dinner. Had a great time at the bar before heading to an event at Quail Ridge Books. You have to check this place out. Excellent customer service. Super high quality. The Old Fashioned was delicious as were the croquettes and parm fries.

So all the five star reviewers weren't kidding. We got the meat pizza and the brisket tacos. Both were delicious! Jackie, so wonderful and kind, made us feel welcome and taken care of. She spoiled us with some southern classics since we had just moved from Colorado. It was a great experience!

This place is a personal favorite of mine. A true hidden gem, sorta. I really don't want to leave a review. Because then it gets busier. I have nothing but great things to say. The food is always amazing. The staff is friendly, quick and always smiling. Outdoor seating. But good luck on a gorgeous day. I should add plenty of indoor seating too. They aren't a pizza place, honestly they are my top 3 in Raleigh for their meaty or ite. Having said that EVERYTHING is great. I have never had a bad meal here. Now I'm hungry again. Time to go there.
