Fabulous! My daughter had a scrumptious personal pizza with a side of asparagus fries and I had the salmon sliders with a side salad. I got extra Asian dressing to drizzle on my sliders. Excellent and unique wine list! 10 🌟 from us!

On the Riverwalk in Estes Park Poppy's services speciality pizza along with burgers and other items. I had a straight pepperoni pizza that was doable (nothing special) but they had a specialty called the Straziante (akin to a meat lovers) that was fantastic. The individual size was a bit small but satisfying.

I chose this pizza spot because they offer vegan cheese—a big plus for someone who's lactose intolerant. I ordered the Straziano with vegan cheese and really liked it. The cheese had a crispier texture than other vegan options I've tried, but it still tasted great, especially with the thick layer of meats and sauce. The crust was crispy and well done. We visited around 2 p.m. on a Sunday, and while the food was good, the service was slow. We waited at least 10 minutes at the front with no greeting while several staff walked by. Once seated, the food took a while to come out, so I wouldn’t recommend coming if you’re in a rush. We also tried the fried asparagus appetizer, which was disappointing—lacking flavor and the thin fried coating fell right off. Overall, worth it for the pizza, especially if you need a dairy-free option, but service could use improvement.
