We are so happy to have found a Peruvian spot in Colorado! We love Peruvian cuisine and culture and this place was authentic as it gets. Highly highly recommend! The ceviche with sea bass was so delicious. Their fresh juices are also so yummy. We will be back!

Amazing food. I ordered the Steak Lomo Saltado (a staple of the home country) and it was so good. Love the Peruvian food style. My son ordered the Tallarin Verde with Chicken. The pesto and linguine pasta complement the chicken so well.

Fantastic place with great service, delicious Peruvian dishes, & incredible presentation! I l loved the papas a la huancaina & and the Tallarin Saltado which had some of the best steak I’ve ever had! My nephew had an empanada de Aji de Gallina & rice. He loved it! The mango juice was great too! I will definitely be back, gracias para todo Pollo Lima ❤️👏🏼

Best Peruvian in Denver metro area! The food is made to order fresh with quick service getting you in and out. The food is super fresh and yummy, I’ve had a variety of the menu but the ceviche is my personal favorite. Don’t skip the Agua Fresca or all the sauces! They’re a great pairing. Owners are a lovely couple who know how to run an awesome visit. Highly recommend Pollo Lima!
