Really really cool place I walked into. Took a flight with 3 of their beers. Absolutely phenomenal. Dos Luna's great light beer, Gos in the machine, is an interesting sour with flowery nose and fruit finish. O'Dark is a attempt at Guinness and it comes so close. It's very good, string on the front and middle nodes, just slightly comes short of that other beer, but very great almond almost finish. Loved all three

Enjoyed a Saturday night meal. Nice wide food selection sure to appease all appetites. Husband enjoyed a beer flight, and a salmon dinner while I enjoyed the fish tacos. Our favorite of the night was the couscous that came with the salmon. Perfect amount of attention from the server. Place was busy but we were seated immediately and service was quick.

Phantom Canyon Brewing Company was one of the highlights of my time in Colorado Springs. From the moment I walked in, I loved the vibe—set in a beautiful historic building with tall ceilings, big windows, and a warm, inviting feel. I started with a flight of their house-brewed beers, and every single one was solid, especially the IPA and their amber ale. I also ordered the pork mole tacos, and they were packed with flavor—tender meat, just the right amount of spice, and fresh toppings that balanced it all out. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The staff were great—attentive without being overbearing—and the second floor with pool tables and dart boards gave it this fun, laid-back energy. It felt like the kind of place where you could come with friends or even just stop by solo and feel totally comfortable. If you’re ever in downtown Colorado Springs and want good beer, great food, and a place with real character, Phantom Canyon is absolutely worth a visit. I’m already looking forward to going back.

Great place! Upscale brewery atmosphere, their Box Car is the best. Got a random FREE pint today. Friendly staff. The wings were amazing, their Phantom Burger had great flavor, but could mainly only taste bun and arugula. Wanted more patty. But great place. Upstairs atmosphere is unmatched.
