First time here, had the Ahi Tuna Nachos, the Lightshine Helles Lager from Wibby Brewing, the Pickle shots, the Pub Burger and sweet potato fries. Everything was awesome and fulfilled my expectations. The food was so good. Our waiter Orlando did a great job with recommendations and service. We are coming back for sure

I had a great burger here because I asked for it medium rare and it and actually came out medium rare for a change. I live in Florida and I really appreciate the quality of the beef in Colorado and this restaurant did a great job and gave me exactly what I wanted. The cleanliness of the restaurant was noticeable as well.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Peppers Fireside Grill, and I want to commend the team for an excellent experience. A special shoutout to Angie, the GM, who went above and beyond when she personally delivered our food. Noticing that the mashed potatoes were bloody, she promptly took initiative, brought us a fresh side, and ensured our satisfaction. That level of attentiveness truly made a positive impression. The restaurant itself is very neat and clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was highly professional, organized, and knowledgeable, making us feel well taken care of throughout our visit. Overall, I highly recommend Peppers Fireside Grill to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy a delicious meal. Job well done to Angie and the entire team — you’ve earned a loyal customer!

We really do enjoy this place. The biggest issue we had was that the music was too loud & it made visiting a challenge. We couldn't even hear the waitress very well & she didn't come back during the meal to see if we needed anything - we actually had to holler at her as she was walking oast us to another table. That aside, she was friendly & I appreciated her humor. The food was mostly pretty good, though some of it was just ok. The Brussel sprouts were the bomb, & the salmon & cauliflower rice was amazing. Overall, I recommend it, but I would suggest turning the music down some so people can conversate more easily.
