Great food! Great service! Ask for Sofie, very attentive and speedy! However it would have been nice if she could have spoke at a normal rate. Super fast speaker! I know she has other tables to tend to. Other than that very enjoyable!

The Alfredo was definitely the star of the night. We both agreed it was top 5 Alfredo’s we ever had. My boyfriend said if they had a jar of the Alfredo sauce on the table instead of the red, he would have bought it. The Hagan Option was also good, I added meatballs but I would skip them next time. In my opinion, there was an herb that was too overpowering in them. I also thought the garlic bread could be improved by adding more garlic. We both got chicken and it was nicely cooked. Nice atmosphere and our waitress was friendly and attentive. We will be returning here in the future!

The food is pretty good. The garlic bread is a little hard but the flavor is good.If you can get past how hard it is. Everything we ordered came out wonderfully tasted amazing, didn't taste like chain. Italian food. It does take a really long time to get seated. They do not have call ahead or the wait list. It says it takes reservations, but when we tried to call and make reservations, they wouldn't take them. The servers were amazing. The bussing staff was amazing. Getting our meal took forever. Even our appetizer, which should have been out. Almost immediately took more than a half an hour. I'm not sure I would do dining again. Just because of how long everything takes unless I had several hours to sit there. But, I would definitely do takeout.. and yes, I did tip my server, and I tipped her, well. I also tipped the boy who packed up our food separately because we did appreciate their service. It was the kitchen that seemed to be the overall issue.

Must-go restaurant in Boulder. Food is always a 10/10 (I’ve gone at least 10 times) highly recommend absolutely everything in the menu, and the service is always amazing. Sorry I don’t have better pictures, it looks way better than this I just usually am too hungry to wait apparently😳 Pasta Jay’s you have my heart!

The food was fantastic! Loved the create-your-own trio option. The caprese salad was also good. The server was nice. Food came out pretty quickly too
