This restaurant does not take reservations….we only had to wait 10 mins at 7 pm on a Sunday evening. Waitress was great. She made sure we were happy with everything. Food was amazing! Ribeye was perfectly cooked (med rare). She crab soup & salads were both excellent. We will def return!

Christie was one of the best waitresses I have ever encountered!! Her suggestions were on point and she was constantly waiting on us like we were her only customers!!! The food was delicious!!! The steak was cooked to perfection!!! The drinks were amazing!!! I found my new favorite steakhouse!!!

Beautiful establishment. The Ribeye was delicious paired with the Garlic Mashed Potatoes. We had a large party (19 to be exact) and our waitress, Brooklyn (who stated she had never served a party that big) remained calm and professional; very attentive. The atmosphere from the beginning was welcoming. We were told that our wait time would be an hour to an 1 1/2 wait, but was ready to be seated in about 45 minutes. We aren't locals to the area, but it was definitely worth the drive. Oh, and let's not forget about the cocktails...for me (someone that doesn't drink often), the Strawberry Basil Margarita was delicious!!! We will be back!!

We celebrated a birthday and when you live near Kernersville and you want a nice evening out you do Outwest Steakhouse. We got a table pretty quickly which is no easy feat. It's a little loud, very busy with lots of movement and service was a steady cadence. I had the strawberry margarita with basil - very nice drink. The mushroom appetizer was decent, onion rings ok and the crab dip was good. I had the crab soup - lots of flakes of crab - not bad. The spinach salad was a solid as well. It's not my go to buy many people love it and the food is decent. I know it's a steakhouse and one should eat steak at a steakhouse - perhaps next time.
