Specialties: Restaurant Olivia is a pasta focused Italian restaurant located in Denver's Wash Park neighborhood. Olivia is the second project from chef Ty Leon, beverage guru Austin Carson and hospitality maven Heather Morrison. Each evening we open the doors to our restaurant as if it were our home, treating guests with warmth and graciousness. Rather than focus on any one Italian region, Olivia is all about the handmade pasta. We draw inspiration from the Italian classics and look to the traditions that form the bedrock of its wonderfully eclectic food and drink culture, but we will, from time to time, feature flavors and dishes from all over the world. Our food is made with care and intention with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Our beverage program features expertly crafted but playful cocktails and an Italian focused, but international wine list.

It’s always a great experience dining here. Either for a regular dinner or a special occasion, we have never tried a dish that we didn’t like. The service is top notch. The waiters are very knowledgeable and friendly. There is some changes in the menu around the year which is really good that we get to try different foods every time we come here. I highly recommend this restaurant!

An incredible dining experience! Our server, Phil, was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. The food was easily the best Italian I’ve had in the Denver area, with a personal touch that set it apart. The atmosphere was intimate and never felt too busy, making it perfect for a relaxed evening. The entire staff was amazing, and this place is a must-try for anyone craving authentic Italian cuisine. Prices were very reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise, it's still expensive but for what you get it's very reasonable. A heads-up: reservations are essential as they’re only open from 5-9 pm. While there are walk-ins available at the bar, it’s a tight and competitive spot. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is top tier. The menu is always seasonal, incorporating fresh flavors throughout. I’ve never had a disappointing dish. They also change their cocktails seasonally. The old fashions are always a favorite no matter the recipe. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable about their menu and drink pairings.

Impromptu dinner after the Botanical Gardens… we were lucky and scored 2 seats at the bar at 7pm. Tim was attentive, kind and friendly. Every bit of our experience was delicious and each bite was a flavorful surprise!

A wonderful place. The food is exceptionally delicious—not just tasty, but absolutely amazing. The staff is very polite, and the atmosphere is lovely.
