Old Town Kitchen & Cocktails

This is a great place to have in old town. The food and atmosphere were great, prices were fair. The staff was accommodating. Ambiance is excellent although one section of seating misses out on that by the entrance- so if you are making reservations for a special event I'd suggest requesting the main dining area away from the entrance. We made reservations for a large group on New Year's Eve. The building was great to walk around to get a little tour of the history of Rock Hill as well. We were a large group and they handled it wonderfully. Typically for a large group they will send a helper out, but our waiter was solo and did very well considering. Food was a quite a bit slower than expected to come out, but arrived cooked well and worth the longer than average wait. Feel free to bring kids, they had a full kids menu and our kids enjoyed their time. At the same time it had plenty of quiet spots with an old time vibe that would also make it great for a date night.

I loooooove the environment here and music! Doing the trivia is also really fun & entertains the kids. Their chicken fingers are the best ever and cannot be matched by anyone!!!!!! Melt in your mouth! The portions are not as large as other places, but I still came back and paid again because they are that good!!! Their banana pudding is also really great.

Best tomato soup ever!! Drew, the GM was super accommodating. My dish was beautiful that he put together even though we were a day early on its debut. I’m a vegetarian now but they have plenty of options for meat lovers. Whalen was a great server. Helpful, calming, demeanor and just the right amount of attention! Great cocktails!

The host was on the phone when we arrived. She immediately acknowledged us and offered us seating at a high top. We asked for something different. She said all the tables were full. They were not. We said we would wait and asked how long. Instead of giving us a wait time she asked if we wanted the private booth on the side. We said yes and she said our server would be with us. We waited 5 minutes without anyone. The hostess was setting up another table and asked if we’ve been served. We had not. She said our server probably forgot but she would remind her. Within 45 seconds Molly showed up. She apologized. We asked her how her day has been going and she was shocked that we asked. She got us our drinks and gave us excellent suggestions on drinks and food. Apps came out before the alcohol and we were very surprised that they came out so fast. All of the food was out super fast. The food was REALLY amazing! Chicken was moist and tender with great flavoring. I’m not a tomato fan, but cooked perfect. Loved all the food. Dessert was hot and delicious. Love the atmosphere and decor. Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back.

Our first experience here was wonderful. Such a fun gem to find. Amber, our server, was personable and helped with all of our questions. The food was as fantastic as the service was! We will definitely be back.
