Specialties: Specializing in locally-roasted, ethically sourced, single origin coffees in a modern, comfortable setting, you'll find the perfect drink to enhance your day at Novo Coffee. A rotating selection of coffees are featured on the pour-over bar, cold brewed iced coffee is available on nitrogen tap, and the espresso pulled on our custom Slayer machine highlight different components of coffee. Our complex chai and delicious syrups are made on-site. For the afternoon? Belly up to the bar for a local beer, cider, wine, or kombucha. Established in 2012. Novo began back in 2002--spearheaded by father-son duo Herb and Jake Brodsky, they began sourcing and roasting green beans. Over a decade later,we now have three cafe locations to highlight their expertly roasted beans. We still roast locally, right over on 32nd and Larimer.

Went three days in a row here. It was so good. I’d recommend going (very) early because the line builds fast and there were only 2 people working so it took a while one day. Despite the wait, it was completely worth it. The oat milk cappuccinos were perfect. And the pastries were amazing. I recommend the almond croissant and the chocolate croissant.

This coffee shop is a gem! The coffee is consistently excellent—rich, smooth, and full of flavor. Whether you’re grabbing a classic drip or a specialty latte, you can tell they care about quality. The service is just as impressive. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always happy to make recommendations. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting—perfect for catching up with a friend or getting some work done. Highly recommend

Yes! Espresso was delicious. Barista was dialed in, friendly and efficient. The line out the door was well deserved and moved quickly.

A quiet, comfy coffee shop that's great to hang out at, either with friends or alone, even great for studying. I got a delightful cappuccino and sipped on that at a table while studying and thoroughly enjoyed myself
