My experience at four points was very nice. The room was clean Gary. The staff member went over and beyond of making my stay very nice. I called down asked for towels and it was there within a second didn’t have to wait. Didn’t have to call back upon my check-in, Gary was nice and friendly positive attitude the next day nice customer service. I finally met Paul. I had talked to Paul over the phone. He was nice and friendly so I would definitely recommend staying there because my stay was a good one and I will be back.

Overall this hotel was pretty good. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were kept very clean. There were a few maintenence issues though, the tub had some large cracks in it, I know that water was leaking somewhere, also the towel rack was broken and hanging on by a thread. There was a nice skylight in my room, but for some reason it was painted over, not sure why, but that defeats the purpose of a skylight doesn't it? I think with some TLC this could be a really nice hotel. They have a small indoor pool, and a bar inside the center of the hotel. The bartender was kind and helpful, but the prices are really really high. The location is super convenient, being right off interstate 96 and near several other main routes. There is also ample parking here. Overall, I'd stay here again, hopefully they can address the maintenence issues that I brought up though.
