Signature cocktail was delicious! Apps were great. Especially loved the pork cutlet sando mushroom fries and the sticky ribs. I’ve never had enoki mushrooms that were so different in texture— how did the chefs get them so crispy and savory? The soft eggs in the ramen were perfectly gooey soft in the center and broth very flavorful. I wasn’t really a fan of the soggy cutlet in the ramen as I feel like it takes away from the dish. I would have preferred chashu or a stewed pork belly but overall enjoyable and would return again.

Probably the best ramen in town! And they actually use the right noodles, not too thick or too soggy. When they say spicy they actually mean it, but it is great to have it on the side and add it as you like. It is a bit pricy, but we don't think it's unreasonable. Loved the mushroom fries, but every now and then we'd have a really greasy bite. The biggest surprise of the night was the kimchi cucumbers!! They were so good, we definitely have to order those again. Codi and Kayleigh took great care of us at the bar. Honestly just an incredible experience overall. The decor 😍 ✨️ and the music was great.

This upscale casual restraunt brings you the best ramen downtown. From dumplings to noodles, your taste buds will be satisfied and washed down with crafted cocktails! I will make personal shoutouts to Kodi, which, from my perspective, has a great sense of management. She has a general stature of humble authority and genuine hospitality, it made service flow easy. And to Riley and Kaylie, who are personalble and attentive. They, on separate visits, understood what I needed and delivered quick and memorable service. Despite my busy schedule, I always expericed consistent and memorable experiences with the service and food. Thanks to everyone at Night Ramen!!! Although..... My Tokyo ramen was salty but tasty. Please reduce the salt levels. Other than that, everything is perfect!

First off these are the best dumplings I have had, hamds down. The sticky ribs are very good, fall off the bone good. Yet the have managed to put a little crisp on them. And the Spicy Pork Miso Ramen is very good. All in all ypu should definitely give them a try.

A lovely experience! Can’t wait to go back! Great menu, not too overwhelming. Creative and delicious options. Atmosphere is 10/10. Had the spicy pork ramen and it was a good portion size, not too much. The mushroom fries were also delightful, with a tasty dipping sauce. The wall decor is also a highlight. 😸
