Order through Doordash. Turkey avocado sandwich was really good. According to my co-corkers, the breakfast burritos we're good too. Burritos are prices well at $5, sandwich was $8 but not drinking of chips were included.

I love this spot! My go-to order is a lox bagel and a berry smoothie. Both are absolutely perfect every single time! Staff is super friendly, portions are big and prices are great compared to most places in LA. 100% recommend

Food is freshly made and the owner is very nice :) we had the avocado toast and hot oatmeal with fresh fruit and both were really good.

I work in Downtown LA, and lunch options can be overwhelming (and often overpriced!). But I've found a great sandwich spot in New York City Deli. Honestly, time is precious during lunch, so I love that I can order online or just call ahead. They're always super quick – my order is usually ready for pickup in about 10-15 minutes. Perfect for a grab-and-go situation. My standard order? The hot pastrami sandwich. It's piled high with tender, flavorful pastrami. And to wash it down, I always get an iced hazelnut latte. It's the perfect combo. The staff is always friendly, even when they're busy. It's a classic deli vibe – no frills, just good food and good service. If you're working or visiting Downtown LA and you're craving a delicious, no-nonsense sandwich and a great latte, New York City Deli is a must-try. Five stars for quick service and a killer pastrami!
