I've been a member of Navy Fed (and a huge fan) for many years. However, on a recent visit to this branch, my already amazing impression of them was blown out of the water. Kersti M. was just absolutely incredible and helpful in getting a bunch of stuff taken care of for me. I am just so impressed with her customer service and her attention to detail, and how much time and effort she took to make sure my experience was perfect. She even caught errors in my documents that I had professionally prepared. Just...wow!!! She went WAY above and beyond and I am so thankful!!! ❤

The employees at this location are always so helpful. They’re always smiling and very friendly. Very professional and genuine about forming a great relationship with their customers. They make me feel like they aren’t just there to do their job. They are genuine and take care of me every time I’ve walked into this location. I’ve been visiting this location for 2 years and have always had a great experience. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. Thank you for such great customer service! You are appreciated!

Once again, Navy Federal has exceeded all expectations!!! I went in this morning to open an additional account, and was assisted by Nick. When I told him which account that I was interested in, he made sure that my credentials were in line with that account. He said that he wanted to make sure my deposits wouldn't inadvertently trigger unnecessary fees. I find that to be superior customer service; looking ahead to ensure continued satisfaction. Keep shaming the banks!
