Absolutely the best meal I had in Colorado, hands down. I highly recommend "the Murphy" Elk Burger and the half roast chicken meal. The sweet potato tots are so good they almost taste like a dessert! Everything was plated beautifully and tasted even better than it looked! Our server was very attentive and the restaurant was very inviting. It was so good I didn't think to get pictures until it was about gone!

First and foremost I'd like to say that Nanci makes the experience. She's attentive, makes you laugh, and recommends her most sincere favorites. You can tell she really cares and curates the absolute best time. The food is amazing down to every last detail. I went to get a quick bite and get some grill food but this almost seemed like fine dining!!!

Emily our server was fantastic she was knowledgeable of the menu she was engaging the food was outstanding out of this world the the dirty Frenchman elk Burger with the simplicity of ingredients yet complex flavors made for sweet savory unique flavor profiles cooked to perfection the Reuben with the in-house made sauerkraut spicy mustard and smoked pastrami made for a culinary delight fries were some of the best in Colorado I had the shredded brussel sprouts fantastic flavor profile the appetizer of the ahi tuna taco delicious we will definitely be back to sit on the patio to have the homemade chocolate chip bread pudding 🍮🥪🌮🍔

We came here on a whim for dinner when we found another local restaurant closed early. We were absolutely enamored by the rustic charm of this restaurant! What a wonderful mountain vibe! The food was incredible, and the service was friendly, attentive, and top notch! Thank you, Emily! We can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu items and will hopefully save room for dessert next time.
