Love Moon Rabbit. Flavors center around Vietnamese cuisine but not limited to just that. Bold and creative dishes, nicely balanced and offer a nice array of textures and temps. Excellent service and the vibes are just our speed. Went offal + offal for the bigs which I'm confident was the right call. Desserts were simply out of this world delicious, which we sort of expected. Went to Moon Rabbit to celebrate a promotion! We had the chef's visit to Vietnam menu. They were very accommodating about our preferences (one of us does not eat seafood) and their suggestions for cocktails were spot on. The combinations of flavors and the presentation were incredibly high end. The atmosphere was relaxed and the tables are spread out enough that you can easily hold a conversation even when it's full. I also really appreciated how informative and nice our waiters were. Would definitely go again.

Dined here on Saturday, May 24, 2025. I have always wanted to dine here for a long time and finally had the chance to and was satisfied with our dinner. We opted for the five course tasting menu priced at a reasonable $85 a person. I thought the service was great and the food as well. I wasn’t too crazy about their cocktail menu though. Highlights were the Sweet Potato & Crab and the Lemongrass Pork entrees. They were executed well. The stuffed leaf is ground wagyu beef so that caught me by surprise. We also liked the Kanpachi crudo. For desserts, we enjoyed the Curry snd Durian. The table next to us got the Pork belly entree which looked so good. I will have to try that the next time! We really enjoyed our dining experience and can’t wait to come back soon to try out their other dishes. It was great seeing the chef in action!

Very impressed! While Eden Center is still my go to for all Vietnamese fare, this place takes it up multiple notches. It's elevated, thoughtful, innovative and done with extreme professionalism. The staff was all in on service. They were smart, knowledgeable, and clear from the beginning to the end. Nearly every dish was excellent. I'd say the veg forward were special. The pictures show the nuanced preparation with each. It was impressive.
