I was a little surprised when I visited this market I was driving by. Why ? I was expecting a market to buy ingredients and found a full restaurant with many gluten-free options instead. The name is great but it was a surprise! I loved the gluten-free pizza and cookie. They even have different flavors of all natural beverages with pure cane sugar. I enjoyed several samples before designing on one. The staff were super friendly and helpful in my opinions, which I appreciated. The food came out hot and looked amazingly and in a timely manner. I enjoyed the decor of the restaurant all natural woods earthy vibe which is calming to everyone visiting this restaurant. Would I recommend this business? Absolutely Would I return to this business? Absolutely Don't take my word for it. Go see for yourself.

It's not bad but the service can be hit or miss. The good is decent don't get me wrong but it does not match the price when it comes to taste or portions. It has some nice seating and it's an alright location. The seats are not comfy and I can't imagine coming here for lunch or dinner with friends. The bathroom is clean which is nice to see. The sink had soap in stock another big plus. Single person bathroom so you get privacy. Overall not bad 3/5

Wow, what a pleasant surprise! We were on the west side and checked out food options by Colorado Mills. Are we glad we stopped in! There was a huge emphasis on meals made from scratch with organic or local food emphasis. We had the line caught tuna protein bowl which was delightful. Grilled medium rare with a seasame ginger sauce, it was superb. The bed of rice and quinoa was flavorful and satisfying. Two sides came with the meal and Mac and cheese was ordered along with roasted garlic mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, the order came with fire roasted veggies. When we pointed this out, another side of the potatoes was brought to the table. The Mac and cheese was solid, nothing out of the ordinary. However, the mix of fire roasted veggies was very flavorful as were the mashed potatoes. The other meal ordered was the salmon protein bowl. Again, a solid choice. Service was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Price was definitely reasonable with the bowls around $16. The only negative with the whole experience was the amount of food was a little light. The flavor helped make up for that! We see this is a chain in the Denver area and will be trying out other locations as well!

This place had some very yummy food that included some great vegetarian and gluten free options. The Blueberry Pesto sandwich was a big hit with my family.

Overlooking the Rocky Mountains, we had a lovely lunch at Modern Market Fresh Farm Eatery. I had Lemongrass Tuna bowl, and Robert N. Hoff had Tuna Caesar. 😋.
