Super awesome staff. Possibly the nicest people I’ve encountered at a fast casual restaurant! We had the brisket sandwich and pulled pork sandwich. Both were good but the brisket was VERY good.. we also got collard greens, Mac n cheese, and fries! All very good as well. Everything is made in house! My favorite bbq was the Memphis style!

The whole crew was absolutely amazing. We were welcomed coming through the door. As a first time visitor we dined in. They explained the menu, offered samples and even after getting the food Ben brought some additional sauces and recommended pairings that were all amazing! Thanks to Ben and the crew for an amazing Colorado Springs welcome! We will definitely be back, it's a new favorite!!

I got to give it to Mission BBQ. The bbq was really good and the sides hit the spot. Moist brisket was cooked to perfection and the baby back ribs were decent. The rub on the ribs were a bit sweet. I love the caddy with 6 different types of bbq sauce that variety keeps the diners engaged. I felt like the menu and operation was comparable to Rudy's BBQ but it works. We will be back.

It was my first time here and I was very impressed! Every interaction I had was great everyone was so nice!!! Honestly best customer service I’ve had. The food was amazing. The brisket sandwich was so flavorful and juicy and Mac and baked beans on the side was perfect! I will definitely be returning!!!

My work Heuberger Subaru order Mission BBQ for one of the events we sponsored! They accidentally sent us 3 huge trays for baked beans, instead of our other sides. The manager was so nice and apologetic, even offered to drive it to us, it just was a little too far to make it on time! He also asked if we wanted a partial refund or gift card for the troubles! It just became a funny talking point with all the riders! The food was absolutely delicious and fed a lot of hungry men after a great night bike ride at Palmer park.
