Established in 2004. Three siblings started Mici with their dad's permission to use the family recipes. Their goal is to serve authentic food, using clean ingredients, in a fast-casual concept that focuses on quality and convenience. Incorporating family-values into the company culture and customer service is one of the cornerstones of their business. Giving back to the community, specifically schools and children's organizations is at their core. Recently, the family brought on three esteemed partners to help them grow their business to fulfill their dreams of expansion.

Best pizza and salad!! I'm from out of town and ate at the Bloomington St location, and it was the best meal I had while visiting Colorado Springs. I had the Caprarola pizza and Casa salad. Highly recommend both! The Neapolitan pizza had a thin, crunchy crust and the pepperoni, sausage and veggies blended so perfectly! The small salad was actually big enough for two people but I enjoyed eating the whole thing. Fresh ingredients used with everything! Plus, the staff member who helped me was so incredibly nice and helpful. Greeted me with a smile when I first walked in. Superb customer service! The restaurant is small to medium size and informal. Very clean and welcoming. I can't wait to return!

Today was my first time trying this place. I honestly was impressed. As soon as I walked in the staff said Hello and was kind. I liked that the menu was simple with great options. I decided to come here because I saw "kid friendly" and my kids definitely approved! I got the creamy pesto, it was great! My kids got the chicken Parmigiano and plain olive oil with noodles. Thier meals also came with Gelato after and that was delicious too! We will be back again!

Friendly staff and delicious pizza. Ordered the Caprarola. Crispy yet fluffy crust, tasty sauce. Would definitely come back.

The food is really good, I've been three times and I really like it. The service is excellent, I forget who our server was but he was great. the building is clean. My dad is vegetarian and he felt the vegetarian options were pretty good.

Their gluten free pizza is great and my husband likes the regular pizza crust as well. I just wish that they had indoor dinning because we have to drive all the way from the west side and then drive back instead of being able to eat the pizza hot and fresh at the restaurant.
