This is our go to family restaurant! We go here for all our family dinners and always have the best experience! You will not find better pizza, Italian pasta dishes, and appetizers! Everything comes out fresh and cooked to perfection. You can tell they make everything in house and it’s not just frozen food from a distributor. They have even cut the potato’s in house for their French fries! I also have to say their Sicilian Pizza is the best I’ve ever had! The owner always comes out of the kitchen and talks with us and makes sure we are happy which I really appreciate. If you want to support an amazing locally owned business you should definitely come here!

The Sicilian is absolutely delicious !!!!! BEST we’ve had in NC!!!! The meatballs are sooo good and the sauce is just fabulous!!!!! OMG !! This crust is absolutely perfect !!!! And, get an end piece to dip in the fabulous sauce !!!! Great job to the chef(s)!!!!! Geez, disappearing fast at our place!! Oh, PS, we got take out and the order was perfect!!!! Sooooo happy this little Italian Gem is right here in Cary with us !!!! We’ll be back , lots of goodies on the menu to try!!!! Thank you Mezza!!!! Cheers !!!!! Mezza Luna has become our go-to for pizza! We ditched our old downtown Cary pizza joint after trying Mezza Luna and we haven't looked back. We even ordered take-out for the Super Bowl from Mezza Luna. The Grandma Pie is our favorite with its amazing crust, fresh sauce, and perfect amount of cheese. The other pies we've tried are also great, but we keep going back to the Grandma Pie. We pair with salads, meat balls, and calamari. We've loved everything we've ordered. Everything is fresh and pricing is also very fair. Clean and relaxed environment. We've been there when it's been really quiet and we've also been there when it's been super busy. Either way, service has been efficient and friendly no matter the level of busyness. You can tell it's a family-run business and they really pour themselves into Mezza Luna and their food. They even come out of the kitchen to interact and chat with customers, treating everyone like family. If you haven't yet visited yet, do yourself a favor and give Mezza Luna a try. You'll definitely be back!

This was my second time coming here and it has been amazing each time. This place is one of the few places I will tell people about to go get pizza from. I’m originally from New Jersey and I lived in New York as well. This is some of the closest pizza that you will get that is like the pizza in the northeast. Crunchy bottom, dough is cooked perfectly and the everything else tastes great. I got myself a sausage slice and then a slice with chicken and bacon. Absolutely delicious. I also did get an entree to go, which was the baked manicotti. I will say it wasn’t the best, it was mediocre honestly. It also didn’t really remind me of how manicotti is supposed to look like and taste was fine. And the side salad that it comes with is a very basic salad. My girlfriend got the penne rustica, which I tried and it was incredible, the sauce was amazing, the sausage crumbles had a great taste. Would definitely recommend that dish. Lastly I ordered a piece of the cheesecake. It was one of the better cheesecakes that I’ve had and it’s on the bigger size. As I normally do with this place, I definitely recommend coming here if you’re craving good pizza.

My family Loves this place! Today is Wednesday and I’ve already ordered twice this week taking it home on the way home from work. We had the margarita pie and an order of rice balls. I’m pretty sure they baked their own bread because the subs and sandwiches we have ordered are delicious! I had the Caprese chicken cutlet tonight and it was 10 for 10!
