I had best Mexican culture and food experience at this restaurant. It’s a small cozy place. The chef and her daughter is really nice and friendly. Me and my husband ordered two dishes. One is Camarones Al Majo De Ajo and other one is Vegitarian Burritos. We also ordered a homemade Flan. Wow no words. It was mouthwatering. If you ever visit Artesia, don’t forget to visit this place.

On my way to meeting and mapped restaurants in the area. The higher reviews brought me here, and it was a great decision! I got the Costa azul plate, I ate it all - generally I don't finish beans and rice, but they were that good. I ordered a shrimp taco too, OMG - will come back to explore the shrimp and gobernador. The batter on the fish taco was amazing! Well now I'm having the coco flan...never had one before...it's awesome. Despite so much I've just eaten, the food hasn't been heavy. They're using great ingredients

In my opinion the price is a tad high. No that is out of the way, great f-ing food and service. Food here tastes home made and you can tell they put effort into making your food and experience well worth it. Evelyn is a sweetheart and deserves all the tips you can provide. She isn't a full-time worker here so you will be lucky to have her as your waitress of you get her. If you are looking for more bang for your buck, the lunch specials seem to be available all day.

Marlin Restaurant in Artesia, CA, is a family-owned treasure run by Evelyn and her mom! The carne asada tacos were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The homey environment feels warm and inviting, with vibrant decor. Friendly service and fair prices. Music was a bit loud, but it added to the vibe. Highly recommend for Mexican food fans!

Amazing food at a great price. We were greeted warmly and served extras that made the meal. Absolutely loved the serving size in relation to the price.
