Nice little Italian spot with good home cooking. The buffalo chicken calzone was the best I have tasted. You should really try this place.

We entered the restaurant from one of the two doors, one is the door connected to the parking lot and the other door is connected to downtown Lexington. For our appetizer, we ordered the garlic bread which was really really good. The garlic bread came within 2-3 mins which was really fast. The pizza was really good too, because of the good sausage and dough. The parmigiana was very delicious mostly because of the sauce. The spaghetti was average but the meatballs were juicy. The atmosphere was very authentic and service was great.

Mario's has been a long-time favorite whenever we're in town. I love the Chicken Parmigiana. I'm not in town often enough to have tried a variety of the menu. I found my favorite and stick with it!

Marios was an exceptional experience. The fresh cooked pastas and sauces were flavorful. I have a dietary restriction that was able to be accommodated through the advice from our knowledgeable server. We ordered a variety of different dishes to try as well. The old school guest book served as a wait list. There wasn’t much of a selection for wines, only dry wines were available. Otherwise, this place is a gem!

Love the old time Italian American atmosphere. The lasagna is great & so is the eggplant parm. Service is fast & friendly. The price is excellent for what you get. Worth a visit whenever you want an old fashioned spaghetti & meatball or sauage.
