Our wine selection is great. At Maderas we cook, our seared green beans are amazing and our mashed sweet potatoes will take you back to grandma's table. Our pastry chef makes the best New York Cheese Cake. Live music Friday and Saturday and Happy Hour in the bar; Monday-Thursday from 3-6 and Monday Margaritas all day. Established in 2007. Business started by Arturo and Isabel Garcia. Menu created and develop by me and my General Manager and Chef Santiago Magadan. I have been in the business owning and operating restaurants for 29 years, from Italian to New Mexican and my Diner in Long Beach. We love what we do. Our cooks love to cook and we do everything from scratch soups everyday in the morning, dressings, bbq sauces and all of our desserts. My servers and bartenders love and appreciate our customers also my hostesses receive you with a bright smile. My busboys do an awesome job with our guests and servers, I appreciate your business. Our steak is Prime and all from the Midwest. Our ribs do fall of the bone and our chiles are special order from Hatch New Mexico. This place is pretty good, for the price it was just right I wasn’t blown away with the food but for what it was I think it was good. The service was fantastic and all of the food came out super fast. The calamari was one of the best I had you can tell it was fresh and not frozen. The short Rib was pretty sweet which kinda threw me off. The drinks were very strong and you must try the cheesecake made in house! We also got the brownie which said it was homemade but definitely just brownie mix.

Came for the food, stayed for the cheesecake!! (Not pictured unfortunately) if you are gonna come, sit in Kristy’s section, she was amazing, I have a different definition of great service after sitting in her section. Everything we ate was amazing, there was nothing I would change.

This was my first visit. The service was excellent, and the restaurant offered a comfortable ambiance. I enjoyed a relaxing lunch. I ordered a beef dip sandwich and a small salad with iced tea. The salad was freshly prepared with a delicious blue cheese dressing. The sandwich was exceptional; the meat was tender and juicy, the bread was freshly baked, and the au jus was flavorful and abundant. The French fries were light and crispy. The tea was a delicious, freshly brewed beverage. My server was friendly, helpful, and attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch and look forward to returning with my family.

The food is tasty and juicy, with generous portions that are very delicious. The atmosphere is great, enhanced by live soft music performers. However, parking spaces are very limited, especially on weekends. This place comes highly recommended for meat lovers. Our server, Rhonda, was awesome and friendly, making us feel at ease.

We have been driving by this place for years and decided to try it today. So glad we did because the food is excellent. The bone-in rib eye was cooked to medium rare perfectly and very tasty. The ribs were very tender. The Cesar salad was fresh and balanced. Overall, a great place for a carnivore.
