I love coming here for a good salad! The place has an amazing atmosphere and menu, they have great seasonal dishes. The manager Rosie is very understanding person and makes sure you are satisfied with your meal. The rest of her staff is amazing too and very attentive. It's not easy eating gluten free but I always feel like I have plenty of options here.

One of my most favorite healthy options in Louisville. Mad Greens has a selection of always fresh salads and wraps to choose from, including some specialty seasonal items (can't wait for the berry boost to hopefully return this Summer!). The team members are great, always friendly, and there's even a few that have my order basically ready the minute I walk in the door -- special thanks to Rosie, Chelsey and Bea for their exceptional customer service! Highly recommend for a tasty, healthy option in Boulder County. ps - don't forget the mad spice!

This location is fantastic! I've recently been on a significant weight loss journey and Mad Greens and the staff have been instrumental in my success. I work in the area and like to come for lunch. The entire staff is friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The manager has been especially supportive and creates a welcoming atmosphere. They quickly noticed that I was becoming a regular and encouraged me to download the app and earn points. "Healthy" places can be intimidating for large people, fortunately, I've never felt that way here. That is a testament to the excellent team. As for the food, it is delicious. I tend to go with a Mad Caesar salad with incredibly light dressing. This combination works for my diet. But, if I want to experiment, I can simply go to the website to find the nutrition information for any salad combination. Such a great tool for more mindful consumption.

I eat at the Louisville Mad Greens a couple times a week - I love everything they make. Most times I order on the website, then stop in and pick up the order - but have eaten in house, depending on other activities in the day. The items are always accurate (including any customization) and always ready on time. I really appreciate the staff, they are friendly, helpful and really there to be of service. Everyone there seems to enjoy working there, the working environment is obviously healthy because people are happy. Excellent food at a high quality restaurant! The website also allows for learning how to configure a dish that works for you (under Menu | Interactive Allergen & Nutrition Menu) - easy to assess your carbs, and how to adjust a dish to meet your needs. Can't say enough about how much I love this place!

This is a good Mad Greens, service is excellent. Like many other places they've pared the menu back from the old days, taking away my favorite salad, but since you can create your own it's possible to get close to the one I loved. One thing I can't get back... Some of the great dressings they had in the old days. Still a lot of options, but not as robust as it once was.
