Coming from Texas I never tried Mad Dumplings but wanted to give it a shot. The first location I tried was in Irvine and it was amazing! Everything was cooked perfectly and my favorite was the Mac and Cheese and Longanisa. I had to try the location in Long Beach and being open recently, there was a good crowd but all the staff was super helpful and kind. The food also did not disappoint. I went twice back to back because the food was so addicting. The interior is also super clean and cool. For being in California, the price point was very kind and food was very filling and delicious. I would eat here every day if I could 😅.

Very friendly and prompt service. The food was great. We had steamed dumplings and shrimp fried rice. Good size portions. Both were seasoned very well. Dumplings are large. We had inside dining. Nice and clean.

My friend and I were getting dinner here, this is our new go-to spot, we decided to try something new. Everything was so affordable and delicious, we got the bulgogi over fries, fried chicken, dumplings, lychee limeade. Hands down the best restaurant service I have received, Sofyi was our cashier and was so patient and sweet answering my questions. The ambiance itself was very chill, very pleasant to the eyes it wasn’t too crowded and felt very relaxed.
