We went there with our family to celebrate new years day. The place is a quite low lighted and played some loud tunes. The staff were very hospitable, patiently paid attention to our orders and gave us a good service. Food was quite pallateable, had authenticity in their flavors and timely. There is a bar in the first floor and cozy upstairs dining room. A party of 15 can fit in a private room upstairs. Only issue could be for physically challenged as there are stairs for this restaurant.

Lupo Verde Osteria Palisades is my favorite DC restaurant. I have been there many times over the last few years, and the family and friends I’ve taken there also love the restaurant. I brought two friends from England back today because they loved their dining experience last year. This restaurant is located in the Palisades, which is a very nice neighborhood in DC. I keep returning because the restaurant staff is fantastic, the ambience is superb, and the food is always delicious.

I’ve been dining at this restaurant for the past four years. Dover Sole was one of my favorite items on the menu. However, I learned that all Dover soles were sold out tonight, so I decided to try the char-grilled Branzino. The presentation of the fish was super impressive, and the fish was fresh, tender, juicy, flavorful, and buttery. It literally melts in your mouth. I would 10/10 recommend this dish. Additionally, the service tonight was amazing, shout out to David, Nora and, Louis.
