Brisket platter was outta the world. The doggone hush puppies were the best I’ve had. Mac n cheese super cheesy and brisket was pull apart with fingers, no knife needed. Fine experience.

We had the best restaurant experience with hubby’s service dog. We have never been to a place where a waiter brings a bowl of water for our service dog it was so thoughtful. The food was very good hubby said one of the best brisket he’s had perfect smoke ring. The hush puppies were so tasty 10/10. I didn’t prefer the Brunswick stew as it was not as flavorful like I’ve had it in other places or how I make it at home. The Cobb salad was very fresh and great combination of different textures and taste took half of it home and held up well a couple hour later. Potato salad was a decent side but fries were top notch for fries.

We just had the BEST lunch at Luella's in Biltmore Park. Such friendly service, delicious food, and wonderful chill atmosphere!! Frasier and Mr. Josh McClure made us feel like Queens!! I could tell others around us were having a great afternoon as well. I dont normally leave reviews, but when I do, it's cause they deserve it!! Cheers Luella's, Bravo to your staff and we WILL be back!! Oh and the Dry rub wings and the BBQ Tempeh are the best in town!!!

I did a catering order for my company from Luella’s South. My order while large, was still completed on time and perfect. The (I’m assuming) manager who I called the day before was extremely helpful and polite despite all my questions. He took the time and effort to go above and beyond and reassure me of everything, while facilitating a smooth order. (Lazarus?) I apologize for forgetting the name. Was on 05.29.25 Will be back for both company and personal dining. Great food.

Food was amazing, service was friendly and fast. I ordered the pick 3, Brisket, Pork, and Ribs. All 3 were tender and great smoke flavor. The fired okra was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be back!
