We love New Orleans for many reasons but the food is the main attention getter for us. When visiting Fort Collins, Lucile’s was highly recommended for breakfast. We didn’t realize we’d find some NOLA in the Rockies. My goodness it was as good or better than we’ve had in the Big Easy. This place is special and we’ll be back next time (and every time) we’re in town.

Delicious Fort Collins breakfast! The gumbo was fantastic and the other dishes we tried were quite tasty as well. The restaurant itself is small, and tight, but full of energy. Thankfully we showed up as things started to slow down, but we still had to wait - so be prepared!

I relocated to CO and it's my birthday and I needed a pick me up since losing my folks I felt alone. I read such wonderful reviews on Lucille's and one particular review of how someone was made to feel special on their birthday. I wish I had that experience from my server M, but she just served me a free beignet and my food and came back for tip. The lady next to me was also celebrating her birthday, we took pictures, exchanged numbers and she even gave me a gift. That to me was more magical.

Great gravy sauce with biscuit ever...! Gravy with sausage, plz plz should try. Instead of plain grits, cheese grits was great and side potatoes... yummmm Coffee was okay but if you want good vibe and good breakfast? Yessss here it is.
