I recently visited Los Tarascos in Fort Collins and had an absolutely delightful experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance that set the stage for a fantastic meal. I ordered the garlic shrimp, and wow—every bite was a burst of flavor! The shrimp were perfectly cooked, tender, and bathed in a rich, garlicky sauce that was simply irresistible. The dish was beautifully presented, and the portion size was just right. I couldn’t resist scooping up every last bit of the sauce with my rice—it was that good! The service was attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home. Whether you’re craving authentic Mexican cuisine or looking to try something new, Los Tarascos is an absolute must-visit. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and exploring more of their menu! Highly recommend this gem in Fort Collins!

Our ticket didn't make it to the kitchen and our meal took forever! However our server profusely apologized and asked her manager to give us a discount. Instead they comped our entire meal. The food was excellent but the proactive service even better.

The salsa bar!!! Such a wide variety of flavors and heat levels to suit any need. My favorite is the cilantro, followed closely by the avocado and molcajete (but the habanero is great too). What made our dining experience was the expert guidance provided by our server, Alyssa. We were having a difficult time choosing from all the amazing menu options and she was wonderfully patient while providing recommendations based on her favorites and cluing us in on some options that weren't on the menu. The result was an absolutely unforgettable meal that has me eager to return. Definitely try the mole! And the cheesy poblano sauce is not to be slept on. Thanks again to Alyssa for curating, can't wait to come back and try some of your other recommendations!

I recently visited this location for the first time at the recommendation of a friend. The food was good but what made the visit such a pleasant experience was my waitress, Judy. She was so nice and helpful. She recommended the Carne Asada, it was delicious, and she was very attentive. 10/10 service.
