Specialties: We are a local Boulder Jewish Deli and Häagen-Dazs ice- cream shop who prides ourselves in serving the best Boar’s Head sandwiches, homemade soups and delicious ice cream. We want to have great customer service in a clean environment in the heart of Pearl Street Mall. We have grab n go, catering, fresh made ice cream cakes, and outside seating. Established in 1976. Originally owned by the Frommers family, and built in 1976, this Häagen-Dazs is the oldest operating store still in its original four walls. Lindsay has been involved with ice cream since the day her father decided to purchase a shop. As a little girl, she scooped ice cream with her brother during the summer months and after school. In 1996, Lindsay made her way to CU Boulder where she earned a Psychology degree. With help from her brother Aaron, and her Bat Mitzvah money, Lindsay’s was born in 2004. The shop opened with ten sandwiches and three soups, all Shaw family recipes, and the Häagen-Dazs counter that Boulder had grown to love. From there, Lindsay did her best to make her restaurant a success. Ten years later, with an expanded menu and a much bigger customer base, Lindsay’s was ready for a renovation. The Lindsay’s that opened was more than twice as big, and is the Lindsay’s we know and love today.

Was in Boulder with my daughter for a CU admitted student event. Very close to campus and parking was easy to find on side streets just a few blocks away. Great menu options and even a quick grab-n-go section too! I was offered a sample of their homemade sweet potato curry soup and it was amazing! I ended up ordering a cup with my BLT on sourdough. So good! My daughter had the buffalo chicken sandwich and she ate every last bite! That never happens :) Atmosphere was great and owner was super friendly and providing great suggestions on selections. I was a little sad I didn’t get to sit in the hand so I’ll definitely have to come back and try that out. It was still nice to have a front row window seat of Pearl Street. If you are in Boulder and want goos food with a friendly vibe, definitely check this place out!

Perfect little sandwich place with great sandwiches, soups, ice cream, etc. Best part is the staff are so friendly and helpful. We were visiting from Canada and just ended up there looking for something simple. Soup samples offered as soon as we came in and lots of suggestions with the menu. Great relaxed atmosphere, they obviously enjoy working together. Would highly recommend.

Wow! This is how service should be! Samples of delicious soup and ice cream is such a great idea because one taste and I had to have a whole bowl. The manager was so so nice and cookie fest was so fun for the kids. New favorite lunch place in boulder. Try the “that’s what she said” sandwich! Great for kids too.

Lindsay's Deli is an amazing sandwich shop, and I have never received such amazing customer service before! I needed to order sandwiches for an event the next day, and didn't realize I only ordered 4 sandwiches when I needed many more for a much larger group (my mistake). Lindsay herself phoned me up the next morning to inquire and check on the order, and we worked together to adjust the order over the phone, add more sandwiches, and customize the order so it made the most sense for the event I was hosting. -- Lindsay and her team where able to accommodate the change, add more sandwiches to the order, cut them into 4th's for me for our guests, and was still able to deliver it all by lunch time when I had the event scheduled! Overall, I highly HIGHLY recommend going to Lindsay's deli, whether you are needing food for an event or if you are strolling on pearl street and need a quick bite to eat. She truly saved my event, and I am so grateful for their hospitality, professional and tailored customer service for my needs, and oh! Did I mention the sandwiches tasted amazing! Anyway- Thank you again to Lindsay and her team, and cannot recommend them enough.
