I’ve been to this seafood restaurant three times, and each time the food has been amazing. It’s some of the best seafood I've had, which is why I kept coming back. But my last visit on September 11 around 4 PM really left a bad taste in my mouth, and not because of the food. When we arrived, the place was nearly empty. Despite that, the hostess—a young white woman—was surprisingly rude. She put us at a tiny table that barely had room for our plates, even though there were plenty of open tables around. It just felt like we weren't welcome. To make things worse, the manager, who had a beard and was wearing a blue shirt, walked by several times. I even tried to make eye contact to say hello, but he completely ignored us. Not even a simple "hi" or "welcome." It’s a shame because the food here is really good, but a great meal should come with at least a bit of warmth from the staff. Sadly, this experience left me feeling unwelcome, and that’s why I had to take away a star from my rating.

Ended 2024 in style with dinner at LSF Burlington, the ambiance is lively and inviting, feels festive and special with the bright lights. Food was fantastic, sea food when served fresh tastes amazing, that is exactly how they do it here. Popcorn Shrimp, Cod, Salmon, Baas everything we tried was exceptional, except for the crab cake & dessert , it could have been better. I understand probably it was a busy night, the service could have been better.

I haven’t visited a Legal in a long time…too long if you ask me! I came here for dinner recently and splurged on the CIOPPINO but it was well worth it! I love seafood and this has everything you could ask for, and it was delicious. I wish they had lunch sized portions because I’d probably be back regularly 😅 We ordered calamari (RI style) and popcorn shrimp for appetizers, both of which were also great. I LOVE that they serve the popcorn shrimp mixed with some fresh popcorn and a classic popcorn box - Super cute! and fitting considering we visited after seeing a movie. Jeff, our server, was great and very friendly. He did seem a little forgetful (including a drink we never received) but it was a busy night and the job of a server isn’t an easy one so we didn’t sweat it - His personality made up for it. I will definitely not let years pass before visiting again…and hopefully they keep the Cioppino on the menu for a long while (maybe even add it to the lunch menu?? 😉).

2-28-25 We had another great time at Legal. I had the Striped Bass and it was cooked perfectly. The presentation was great too but the brussel sprouts were over cooked. 2024 - Great time a Legal Seafood. The presentation of the food was just wonderful and the sever was excellent. I’m sure I’ll be coming back here.

My wife and I went to Legal Sea Foods at the Burlington Mall to use a gift card. We made a reservation and were seated promptly. We had great service from Sabrina and a great meal. I had the fried clams (belly) with French fries and coleslaw. The clams were perfect—a good portion size, just the right amount of breading on the outside, and a tasty clam on the inside. The only complaint was the size of the coleslaw—it was barely a forkful, served in the same small metal container as the tartar sauce. My wife got the yellowfin tuna with mixed vegetables and loved it. Food, service, and atmosphere were five stars—I gave them four only because each plate was over $40. Would definitely go back, but it’s more of a treat than a regular outing.
