I've been to Langer's multiple times, and each visit has been great (sharing photos of multiple visits). The #19 is their famous sandwich and it's my favorite. I'm not a coleslaw person but what they do with coleslaw, huge chunks of pastrami, and Russian dressing is magic. I also always enjoy their matzo ball soup. They're menu is a bit overwhelming with all their options but I'm looking forward to trying as many items as I can. Will continue to visit.

Best. Pastrami. In. The. World! Number 19, pastrami, swiss cheese, coleslaw, with russian dressing on rye. Perfection in every way, from the soft/FRESH/crispy crust of the rye bread, to the flavor of the coleslaw, not too sweet so it doesn't steal the shine from the pastrami, and in perfect proportions so as not to be messy or have much fallout when you're eating. They have the formula down! My husband had the matzo ball soup and he liked it. My daughter had the cold beet soup and she didn't like it but I tried it and I liked it! I had the cabbage soup and it was too sour for me. We took a slice of strawberry cheesecake home to have later when we weren't so stuffed and it was delicious:) First time eating here and we will be back for sure! Tip: park in their lot down the street, first hour is free with validation, $5 every 20 minutes after that at the time of this review, and you will go over an hour because you have to wait in a line to get in. We parked blocks away and you can only pay one hour at a time, so my husband had to run back to the meter while we were eating to add another hour just in case. Now you know!

Wow, stepping into this restaurant for the first time felt like walking right into an old black and white movie! The whole vintage atmosphere just transported me. Of course, I had to try my usual – a toasted onion bagel with creamy cheese and roast beef. And honestly? It totally blew me away! Seriously the best I've had, I almost forgot what else they even had on the menu! Plus, the portions are super generous and the food quality is top-notch. The staff were so quick and friendly, you can tell they really care about their deli. It's definitely a standout spot, and honestly, an amazing place to grab breakfast!

We were looking for a classic jewish deli and we found it. This place hit the spot and served up all hits. Matzoh ball soup had a good, strong chicken flavor, and the matzoh balls were not too soft but not dense. The chicken liver was spot on. Tongue, roast beef, pastrami, and corned beef all were excellent, but the latkes stole the show with a good, strong, onion flavor and perfect texture. Overall, a great meal.

This place has the BEST pastrami sandwiches I've ever had! Yeah, they're kind of expensive ($25), but worth every penny! Id recommend their classic pastrami sandwich with coleslaw and the Russian dressing. You won't be disappointed. 😋
