So yummy ! You can choose the type of noodle you want for your dish. I think they’re made from scratch too, along with the dumplings wrapper. There’s a good amount of vegan dishes. I love that the mapo tofu doesnt have pork in it like at other restaurants. My husband liked the beef noodle soup. Perfect noodle texture w thinly sliced beef in a super flavorful broth. Def coming back here to try more dishes !

What a luxury to have an authentic hand pulled noodle place deep in weho/Hollywood area where finding great authentic ethnic food is hard to find. I live in the neighborhood and have been here regularly now. Service is quick and straight forward and everything is made fresh. You can literally see the noodles being stretched out in the kitchen. My go to is the Lan noodle soup with beef with the wide flat noodles. The broth is clean but rich and flavorful. It comes with plenty of tender beef. The star of the show though are the wide flat noodles. They’re bouncy, chewy, and just have wonderful mouth feel. They soak up the broth exquisitely. They also go well with the dry chili oil. The cucumber salad is also really good. Their menu is pretty extensive in general and you can really get adventurous which is rare for a place outside SGV. Definitely recommend.

Obsessed is an understatement. I haven’t tried everything on the menu (I intend to) but they really have such high quality food. My favorite is the braised beef soup (I get thick wide noodles). Do not sleep on the fried rice! one of my fav drag queens turned me onto this place (katya) and it has not disappointed me.

Ok, if you're looking for an authentic Chinese noodle spot, this is it! I ordered the spicy beef noodle soup, and it was perfect! I also ordered pan-fried dumplings with chicken, and they were fantastic! I like that they give you a different option other than pork. I highly recommend this place if you're a noodle fan. They also give you the option to pick from a wide variety of noodle options. So if you're in the Hollywood area, stop by this place!

I got the Signature Lan Noodles with the flat wide noodles. Delicious broth, chewy noodles, and tender meat! Perfect on a cold day. Food comes out pretty quick. Decent service, although it can be busy so a server might miss you. It was $15 for the soup, not too bad.
