Established in 1986. Salome and Stella Montoya operated the first La Estrellita in Fort Lupton, CO from 1955 to 1968. In October 1986, their son John and his family returned to the tradition of providing authentic Mexican food that has long been a part of their family. Today, John's daughter Gina, continues the traditions passed down to her. Striving to serve the best Mexican food in the area, accompanied by the best service around.

Service was great, our waiter was polite and very attentive. He made the experience pleasant! Food was good, would def try something different there were so many delicious options. Patio seating was great for the fall day!

Such a great Mexican restaurant! The enchiladas with jalapeño cream sauce is amazing. Service is always friendly, plenty of station inside and on their outdoor patio. Great margaritas, Mexican beers, and cocktails. Park in the back and avoid trying to park on Main Street. Also, ask about the history and family behind the restaurant, cool story.

Literally some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. If you're in town, you gotta check out this spot. We have been 5 times and every time I have loved my food. The prices are also great too.
