After walking around downtown Colorado Springs for a bit this diner caught my eye. Food Network Magazine says that this diner has the tastiest breakfast in Colorado and after enjoying the breakfast burrito in would tend to agree. When I walked right into the restaurant I just sat at the counter and was served immediately there was no wait whatsoever. Service was excellent and the food came out quickly. I do wish there was a bit more green chili on the burrito but otherwise it was perfect and a lot to eat! I would definitely recommend this diner for breakfast and lunch when in downtown Colorado Springs. Came back for a 2nd meal and the veggie melt was also awesome.

Kindly welcomed and didn't have to wait long. The menu has limited breakfast options and most things are smothered with some sort of gravy or chili sauce. Our food was good, however we were disappointed at the size of the French toast, on the menu it states it is made with "thick Texas toast" and it didn't seem like it was, it was good just not what we were expecting from the description. My husband got the French toast combo plate and I got a side of it with my omelette. No kids menu but they do have options for sides. We felt our server was doing good considering it got busy however her attitude did change while ordering and especially when we asked her for more refills as well as a side of green chile. Another server with beautiful nails (I commented on them) gave us more coffee, we were surprised because we did need refills but were waiting for our server, however she was very nice and observant and we appreciated that she took the initiative even if we weren't her table. Overall we would visit again and try their lunch food as well.

Wow! Breakfast all day is great, but so is lunch all day!!! Start your morning with a delicious burger in a dream of a perfect bun with the absolute best fresh cut fries! Normally, I hate fresh cut fries, but I'd come back just for them, here!. I had the bacon cheeseburger with the fries and some hashbrowns. The wife had French toast and it also rocked. The hashbrowns were soft and fluffy and also crispy, too. Perfect!!!!
