I am blown away by the incredible customer service that I received from Danielle. I reached out outside of normal business hours, expecting to hear back the next day, but she got back to me right away and happily answered all of my questions. I asked for yellow tulips, and she had a variety of flower and arrangement choices for me to pick from and allowed me to customize an arrangement that turned out absolutely perfect and was delivered so quickly! Danielle’s attention to detail and passion for her craft makes her stand out among others and her care for my specific need was made a priority, making me feel valued as a new customer. I called spoke to Danielle after closing time on Friday , from the West Coast, by noon on Saturday this was delivered to my friend in Mendon. Danielle was busy but took the time to gather all the details and everything went as promised. I admire local hands-on small business., Fast forward to May 9, here I am again in need of gifts sent to loved ones in my absence. Once again Danielle comes through like a champ and I'm getting phone calls from the East Coast telling me how wonderful the Plants and Chocolates were. Timing is always important and Danielle made it work once again, within a few short hours I got a call complimenting the quality of her product.As and added bonus I was able to re connect with an old family friend with whom I have not spoken to in 50 years!
