I don’t know who makes the little cheddar biscuits in the back but they need more money. They were as soft as a babies behind. Brisket was tender, always room for improvement but I was still very pleased. It’s this place is much better than the other BBQ place close by. Not going to name names.

Updated: I ended up with food poisoning a few hours after leaving. I was the only one who ate brisket, and the only one that got sick. So we are digging into that. Alot of reviews I've came across also contracted food poisoning after eating the brisket. Which is really upsetting because everything was so good. Marissa was our server, and she was a delight! So informative and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. She answered questions before we had the chance to ask! The food came out in about 10 mins and was fabulous. 10 out of 10 recommended!!!

The staff were very friendly and catered to us professionally. They made sure that we were taken care of. The food was tasty and rich, but I wish it were heated up just a tad more. The Mac and cheese, for example, had more of a slightly tough doughy appeal versus the standard creamy style they generally present to me. Nonetheless, it was still delicious and flavorful. Tenders were crispy, too. The tender, Mac, and fries combo is a go-to and recommend for an entry-level starter entree meal. Add some honey mustard and ranch for some additional tastes 😋

Jim and Nick's is always delicious. Their meats are so well smoked and tender. We ordered the 3 meat platter and split it which was more than enough for both of us without putting us into a meat coma. A top BBQ spot for sure!

Let's start off with the greeting from the hostess. She was very welcoming with a great personality. I believe our waitress said she was her Manager. Our waitress Marissa is one of the best waitresses I have come across. From the time we sat down until we left. Her customer service was 10/10. She engaged with my six year old daughter. Even when she was being extra talkative. She still engaged with her every time. To the point where my daughter loved talking to her every time she came to the table and walked by. She laughed and joked with her. Her conversations with my mom and I were super genuine. She took our order in a timely manner. She gave us updates while waiting for our meal. She checked on us throughout our meal. Gave us our drink refills in a timely manner. We didn't have to ask her for anything or wave her down. She was on top of it. She has the perfect personality and pays attention to her customer's. I also observed that she was the same with other customer's as well. She has the charisma to Intertwine and comfortability to talk to customer's and not at them. She cares about her customer's. She's an asset to your team.
