I would have rated them a 5 star across the board but except I asked for 2 shots of whiskey and they came out a little light on the pour. Other than that the food is incredible and the value is pretty solid too. $40 per person on all you can eat sushi is fantastic, but you add in the appetizers and you’ve got a steal of a deal. I’ve already raved to my family and a few friends on just how great it was. I’ll definitely be making a trip back.

Our new favorite sushi spot! Highly recommend sitting at the bar if you plan on ordering a lot for all you can eat -- it just makes it faster, easier, and more fun I think. The sashimi was delicious and the quail egg shot was surprisingly sweet but good. The staff is super friendly and they mess with each other in funny ways. The black pepper seared tuna was heavenly.

This place was recommended to me. We went to try it out. I love every dish we ordered. I was not let down for a moment. I loved watching the chefs make the sushi with pride & perfection. This place is not for impatient customers willing to wait. Definitely will be going back.

Jei Sushi is legit one of the best places to have sushi. Despite it being in Colorado, the fish is always super fresh, they do an all you can eat with healthy portions so it's an amazing bang for your buck, and they are local/family owned. I start with calamari and baked mussels, then move to nigiri (salmon, super white, upside down shrimp, eel, yellowtail, peppered tuna, albacore and the clam with the basil salmon roll somewhere in there and quail egg shooters between rounds. Sit at the bar, you won't be disappointed.

It doesn't matter if you show up alone or with a crowd of 16 (reservations are smart for such a crowd), JEI Sushi NEVER disappoints. Everything about this place from the owners and Itamaes (who are more like family and friends) to the wait staff, the exceptional food, and even the other sush lovers, make the experience something to come back for time and time again. Love this place and all of the people who work hard to make it memorable and fun!
