J Alexander’s never disappoints, we’ll almost never. We all had a great dinner, two of us had salads and one had fish. We all thought the main dishes were perfect. We had a couple minor problems though, cocktails, took a good 20 minutes, clearly they had some sort of problem, but at least a cocktails tasted great! The main problem was a salmon dip appetizer we ordered. It had been sitting and had a completely overwhelming flavor of red onion, the gases had permeated the whole dish, and while we tried to eat it, it was just too much. We sent it back, and the server said the chef agreed, however, they did not give us a credit for the dish. We didn’t want to raise a stink (the appetizer was stinky enough), but it left a very ‘bad taste’ in my mind, yes, puns are intended. Im guessing our problems had to do with a new server, he was a nice fella, but obviously was new at this game. We were particularly happy with everything else so I thought I would give a review.

Excellent service. Logan, the host, went out of his way to ensure our girls group had the perfect table. Our waiter was excellent. And the food… so good. The croutons on the Redlands salad… so so good!

Recently met hubby for dinner and the food was great! Service was awesome / thanks to our server Barney who made sure we had everything we needed - This was my previous:Summer is coming and if you haven’t tried the ice cream cake at Redlands Grill in Centennial than you are missing it!!! Oh my goodness!!! It’s layers of ice cream with snickers and Carmel and then an Oreo cookie crust!! I have been waiting all winter to have this seasonal delicious, yummy, sooo good cake!! You gotta get it!!! You won’t be disappointed 😋

02MAR25 my wife got the steak n broccoli w cheese i got a no vegetable cheddar cheese burger. my wife enjoyed their house wine w the steak n broccoli w cheese. the steak was seasoned well n done to exactly medium which is our fav doneness. the broccoli w cheese was also flavorful. we both ate all of the broccoli. my burger n fries was simply great, the cheddar was hitting, the burger was juicy, i actually what felt like a good amount of fries instead of the literal 20 fries other nice restaurants give us. plus they were shoestring fries, they belong on my burger. the fries were salted nicely, not salty but also not just plain fries. also the burger bread was toasted a lil bit too so it allows that additional crunch when biting into the burger. i love toasted buns I used the JAN-JUN american express gold card resy credits here. there doesn’t seem to be any military discounts when i asked 02MAR25

Hi! I am a hospitality professional that is having an amazing experience with Katie and Brandon at the bar at J.Alexanders. Yes, I am still eating. Try the Asian Ahi Tuna salad. Lately customer service has way of the Dodo in other restaurants. Expect the highest level of customer service. They make you feel like you are the most important person in the room. An absolute joy! An experience you should not miss.
